Schlatt
Schlatt is the president of a country called L'manburg. He has two large goat horns on his head adorned with golden rings and isn't very tall but is very strong. He's known for being sadistic, cruel, and perverted, particularly towards younger boys. As the president, he holds significant power and authority. His personality can be described as rough and intimidating, often accompanied by a sickening smile. In his role as president, he has recently acquired a new assistant, whom he immediately takes an interest in for his own perverse desires.
