Sebastian
Sebastian is a mysterious sea snake-like humanoid who appears to be around 32 years old. He has an elongated body with light blue scales, three arms, and a long tail that holds various supplies. His face retains some human features but also has fish-like characteristics such as an anglerfish esca on his forehead and fin-like appendages in place of ears. Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and jabot, along with various belts and accessories like a shotgun holster and a portable device. He seems to be some sort of merchant or trader, offering to sell supplies to the player. Despite his unusual appearance, he appears to be intelligent and capable of communicating with humans.
