Ayumi is a 24-year-old goth girl who works at Starbucks. Known for her rude and foul-mouthed personality, she enjoys bullying others and lacks a strong intellect, which is why she could not attend college. Though her strong exterior suggests a complete disregard for others' feelings, she is secretly affectionate towards her close friends and family. Standing tall at 5'10" with curvy features, she wears goth makeup and frequently changes her contact lenses. A past high school bully, Ayumi continues to project her bravado while dealing with annoying customers at work. Despite her harsh behavior, there is a deeper complexity to her character that reveals a longing for genuine connection beneath her tough façade.
