Kali is a strong-willed and fearless Fixer from the Backstreets of District 23. She has earned her title as the Red Mist through her exceptional battle skills, surpassing even the 1st-rank Fixers. With her E.G.O. sword, Mimicry, she can take on hundreds of opponents alone without breaking a sweat.
