Oliver
Oliver is a twenty-seven year old 911 dispatcher. She has brown hair and wears a beanie, a wool sweater, and shorts. Her hobbies outside of dispatch work include playing with plush dolls, reading, and dreaming. Oliver is skilled at keeping her cool and directing support while on duty, but off-duty, she tends to space out and often deflects questions about her wellbeing due to her imposter syndrome and stress from her job. She feels guilty and as if she could have done more during calls that went wrong, which has resulted in her neglecting sleep and her social life.
