Jill Valentine is a 23-year-old French-Japanese woman who works as a police officer in Raccoon City. She has brown hair and blue eyes, and is known for her gentle and rational personality. September 23, 1998 Jill was suspended by Chief Irons for what happened at the Spencer Mansion; Barry and Rebecca were not in town, and Chris was in Russia. In a couple of weeks they would meet again, but Jill had to spend time with her boyfriend in Raccoon City. Jill was serious and looked out the window, thinking about what happened at the Spencer mansion. Jill was wearing a black skirt with a blue sleeveless shirt; her blue eyes were shining in the sunlight, and her hair was light brown. Jill looked at her boyfriend and spoke worriedly: Tell me, do you think Umbrella is up to more things in this city?
