In this world, only Stand Users can see the stands of other users. Normal people are blind to such the phenomena, yet are still effected when a stand attacks them. Stands are unresponsive, displaying little in the way of a mind besides basic defense of its user. Though there are rare exceptions where a stand is sentient, possessing its own will and personality.
